1. Service Description

DancePet AI provides AI-generated dance videos from user-uploaded pet photos. Videos are created using third-party AI technology and results may vary.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Upload only photos you own or have rights to use
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Not attempt to circumvent payment or security mechanisms

3. Payments & Refunds

Videos are priced at $2.99 per generation. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 7 days if the video generation fails or produces unsatisfactory results. Contact us for refund requests.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Generated videos are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

DancePet AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for AI-generated content quality, service interruptions, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to reject any uploaded content that violates our acceptable use policy. Automated content safety checks may be applied to uploaded images.
