• Photos you upload: Pet images submitted for video generation. These are processed in-memory and sent to our AI provider for video creation.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as page views and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI dance videos from your uploaded photos
• To process your payment through Stripe
• To improve our service and user experience

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe (payments) — Privacy Policy
• Kling AI (video generation) — Your uploaded photos are sent to Kling AI's servers in Singapore for processing.
• Google Gemini (content moderation) — Photos may be analyzed for safety.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Generated videos are delivered to you directly and deleted from our processing pipeline. Payment records are retained as required by law.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data processing (where applicable)
